At Spires Academy, we are incredibly proud of our Year 11 students collecting their results today. Our Year 11 students have shown extraordinary resilience and determination. The results they have achieved today will see them go on to a wide range of courses and next steps, including grammar and non-selective sixth forms, college course and apprenticeships. 

We are enormously proud of each of our students and their achievements and would like to highlight some students who have achieved exceptional performance in their exams. 

 Ella Knibbs who achieved D* in Health and Social Care and Hospitality, 8-8 in Combined Science, 8 in History, 7 in English Lit and French, 6 in English Lang and 5 in Maths.  

Andrea Marynowska 9 in Polish, 7 in English Language and English Literature, l7-7 in Combined Science, 6 in Maths and Art. 

Alexandra Fortoma achieved an 8 in French, 7s in English Language, Literature and History, 7-7 in Combined Science and a 6 in Maths. 

Benoe Ugron achieved an 8 in Mathematics, 7-7 in Combined Science, 7 in History, 6s in English Language and Literature and 5 in French. 

Fahad Balouch achieved a Distinction in Sport, 7 in Maths, 7-7 in Combined Science, 6 in English Literature and a 5 in English Language and Geography.  

Other students who made exceptional progress across the year are Cosmina Dinu, Gabriela Popatatu, Calsy Chabata, Sze Ching Ng and Rhys Hodder. 

We share this celebration and our thanks go to our hard-working staff who have supported our students so brilliantly through their GCSEs, as well as their parents and carers who have worked with us in order to bring about the success that our students are celebrating today.
