Year 8-11 Reading Tests

As part of our COVID Catch up plan we have organised for Reading and Comprehension tests to take place over the next couple of weeks. This will allow us to be able to identify which students need further support. These tests start on Wednesday and will last until the end of term. In an attempt to stop the spread of COVID – 19 and restrict the sharing of equipment we are asking that students bring their own earphones so they can complete the assessments. These headphones only need to be the cheap plug in type so they can be connected to the school computers. Bluetooth headphones will not work on the school computers therefore we request that students bring in the plug in variety. Where students are unable to bring them in, we will provide an alterative where possible, we will therefore ensure that all headphones are wiped over with alcohol handwipes before and after use.
