GCSE Results 2022

Students at Spires Academy have been collecting their GCSE and BTEC results today (Thursday 25 August). This is the first full programme of examinations since 2019.

We are pleased with the progress made by so many of our students, who have secured the results they need to move to the next stage of their education and have reaped the rewards of all of their hard work during the exams and throughout their time at school. We congratulate our students on their achievements, and wish them all the best for their futures.

The following students have performed particularly well this year:

Aiden Page: 2 Grade 8s, 3 Grade 7, a Grade 6 and 2 Distinctions in his Level 2 BTECs.

Max Squires: 2 Grade 7s, 3 Grade 6, a Grade 5, 1 Distinction and 1 Distinction * in Level 2 BTECs.

Jasmin Taylor-Bullen: 5 Grade 6, 1 Grade 5, a Distinction*, Distinction and Merit in her BTECs.

Niomi Blair: 1 Grade 7, 4 Grade 6, 2 Grade 5, plus a Distinction and Merit in her BTECs.

Azze Ally: 1 Grade 8, 1 Grade 7, 5 Grade 5s, and a Distinction in her BTEC.

Harry Wraight: 3 Distinctions in Level 2 BTECs, plus 3 Grade 6s and 3 Grade 5s.

Megan Vermeulen: 2 Grade 6, 3 Grade 5, 3 Distinctions in her BTECs.

Frankie Dunn: 2 Grade 7s, 2 Grade 6, 2 Grade 5 and 2 Merits in BTECs.
