Our students are encouraged to try a range of enrichment activities to teach broader life skills, confidence and problem solving. Activities include; performing at the Royal Opera House, cheerleading and combining forces with King’s School Canterbury to row down the River Stour.
In addition to regular enrichment activities we also run an exciting programme of visits and trips. Throughout the year, we offer opportunities for personal and social development including; visits to The British Science Museum, London Tate Galleries; the Marlowe and West End Theatres; trips to Europe and our annual ski trip in the Easter break.
Our students are encouraged to join ‘Pupil Parliament’ to further develop social skills and influence change. Students from all year groups meet on a weekly basis to discuss issues affecting the Academy in a positive and constructive way and work alongside the Leadership team to influence change where appropriate.
