Pastoral Care

Our pastoral care process ensures that every student is supported, kept motivated and always has a first port of call for any concerns. Each child is assigned to a tutor group under the care of a form tutor. The introduction of Year Leaders and Year Tutors at Spires has also extended the support available to all our students.

The form tutor sees the child every day at registration and builds a strong relationship with each student. He or she also monitors students’ academic progress, attendance, punctuality and behaviour.
