Spires Academy is committed to improving the work we do with our parents. As part of this a joint group of parents and staff are working towards achieving the LPPA (Lead Parent Partnership Award). We hold fortnightly meetings and discuss ways in which we can improve our partnership working with you. As part of this we have distributed a questionnaire. Many thanks to those of you who have completed it. If you haven't yet completed it and would like to there is also an online version which you can access on our website.
If there are any more parents who could spare the time to get involved with the LPPA at the next meeting, please contact Mrs A. Cole (Vice Principal) by phone or email firstname.lastname@example.org .
You can also share your views on Ofsted Parent View by using the link below:
We would value your views even if you cannot be involved in the LPPA team so please get in touch and share your thoughts.
On Monday 15th January we will be running another maths workshop for parents. The aim of the session is to explain to parents how we teach maths across all years and what the requirements of the new specifications are. The last session was enjoyed by all and parents commented on how informative they found it. All parents are warmly invited to come along.
The sessions will run from 5.00 to 7.00pm. Come along whenever you can.
